Riverwest is planning to complete a full replacement of windows and patio doors in 5-7 years. If your window is not operating correctly and you would like to have it repaired we have negotiated prices for the most common repairs for our most common windows. (in picture to left).
If you are in a 1+ a den or one of the center units facing the river with larger windows we would need to look closer at your situation to determine what repair you are in needed of.
1. Hardware Repair - Cost Range $240-$260. The most common repair is the balancing springs. This will allow window to move up and down more smoothly, it is also the fix needed if your window will not stay up when open. The pricing also includes replacement of the tilt hardware which is needed to remove the screen. If your tilt hardware is functional the cost for your repair will be $240, if this is also in need of replacement the cost is $260.
2. Window Glass Pane Replacement Cost $375-$400: If your window is cracked or the seal is compromised your window is less efficient. Signs the seal is broken is a foggy appearance, moisture in between the two pains, or dust/dirt is present between the panes. The price varies depending on the exact size but the range is $375-$400.
3. Patio Door Roller Replacement Cost $225: if your sliding door is very difficult to slide Dorglass is able to replace your rollers for just $220.
4. If your locking mechanism is broken we are able to replace it for $40.

Shipping for 10 is roughly $35 per person if there are more than 10 the cost would be reduced.
